It was a very busy year... On the same date last year, I was in my second week of attending training at Citigroup. It was also my second week being hired as a trainer for Newfield International.
August 15 2006 was my second day to handle my first class at Newfield. I was a bit clumsy that time. While I was trying to learn the modules, I would flash the wrong acetate for the lesson. I couldn't even count the number of times that I dropped the remote control for the DVD player. I'm just thankful that my trainees had been patient, eager to learn and understanding that despite my clumsiness (and how comical that looked), they still believed what I was talking about.
I wonder where they are now... If I have a bit of regret about my first few classes, it's that I haven't left my contact information with them.
Moving forward, the past year left me with a lot of opportunities... opportunities to work, to grow, to learn, to love, to have fun, to help people and to meet new friends.
I thank God for all the blessings, experiences and people that came to my life in the previous year. I also thank Him for sending me my guardian angels to protect me and guide me 24/7. (I'll be making a post on how angels, through the people I meet, saved me from danger or enlightened me)
